EVERMAN, Texas — The mother of a missing North Texas boy who was indicted last year in connection with his suspected death has been found incompetent following a psychological examination, court records show.
According to Tarrant County records shared by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the exam for Cindy Rodriguez-Singh was ordered late last month. Online records also show that Rodriguez-Singh was found incompetent. The records themselves are under seal.
