Changes to a small lot in north Fort Worth and a realignment of a Near Southside street drew the most discussion at a recent meeting of the Fort Worth City Plan Commission.
Upon hearing concerns from nearby residents, commissioners approved key waivers to accommodate a cell tower on a small lot in north Fort Worth, and a slight realignment of West Morphy Street on the Near Southside to better accommodate six new single-family townhomes at its April 30 meeting.
The cell tower is proposed for a small triangular lot along the north side of Golden Triangle Boulevard east of Park Vista Boulevard. City staff recommended the commission approve all three waivers sought by the project’s developer…
