Permanent signage is now up at the future Sheetz location in Gaithersburg, as construction continues to move forward at the Walnut Hill Shopping Center.
The new convenience store and gas station is being built at 16529 South Frederick Avenue and appears on track for completion later this summer. Construction on the site began in December and will bring Sheetz’s second location to Montgomery County.
The project includes a 4,959-square-foot retail building and an accessory automobile filling station with up to six fuel canopies and 12 pumping stations.
