FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Officials are investigating after a crash involving a motorcycle, a pickup hauling a trailer, and a car left the motorcyclist dead.
According to the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened Wednesday afternoon in Lorton, at the intersection of Richmond Highway and Mims Street.
FCSO said their investigation revealed that the pickup driver with the loaded trailer was making a left turn from southbound Richmond Highway into the driveway of a business.
