LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Maryland woman has been charged after she allegedly stole a dog from a family in Ephrata.
On May 6, 2026, Jennifer Gayle Sappington, 50, took the dog from the family’s home and fled to Maryland.
