First responders rescue woman from sinking car in Fairfax County

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A woman was rescued from a sinking car by Fairfax County first responders on Sunday.

Crews with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department (FCFRD) and Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to reports of a driver trapped inside her vehicle after crashing into a pond near Walney Rd. and Westfields Blvd.
