Woodbridge man arrested on charges of impersonating law enforcement

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Woodbridge, Virginia, man has been arrested in connection with a July 19 incident in which he is accused of impersonating a law enforcement officer and brandishing a firearm, according to Prince William County police.

Police said officers identified the suspect during their investigation into a reported brandishing in the area of Dale Boulevard and Forestdale Avenue. Detectives obtained warrants before locating and arresting the suspect on Thursday, July 30.
