PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 is causing delays in Prince William County on Thursday morning.
Traffic blocked on Connecticut Avenue after four-vehicle crash
Details are limited; however, the crash took place on the southbound lanes of I-95. Two right lanes were blocked off.
