Police are searching for a who unlawfully filmed a woman Tuesday evening in a restroom at the Tempo by Hilton hotel in Manassas.
The 18-year-old victim reported she was using a restroom at the hotel at 9849 Discovery Blvd. about 7:38 p.m. when she spotted a phone appear under her stall, Prince William County police Lt. Jonathan Perok said in a news release.
