Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded Sunday to the 11300 block of Rambling Road in Gaithersburg for a vehicle fire involving a Jeep in the carport of a single-family home.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, the vehicle was well-involved when crews arrived, but firefighters quickly knocked down the bulk of the fire. An update indicated the fire was extinguished with little or no extension to the home.
