New Clarksburg Chick-fil-A Sets Sept. 24 Opening, County’s 10th Location

A new Chick-fil-A restaurant at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets has a grand opening date: Thursday, September 24. The 6,350-square-foot restaurant, tucked between Cabin Branch Parkway and the outlet center’s upper parking lot at 22675 Clarksburg Road, will become the tenth Chick-fil-A location operating in Montgomery County.

The opening date was confirmed by The MoCo Show, which has tracked the project’s progress since the county issued a $1.4 million building permit in January 2026 to construct the restaurant. That permit followed the Montgomery County Planning Board’s spring 2024 approval of Site Plan Amendment No. 82014016C, which authorized the restaurant and its drive-thru, according to the county planning department’s own site plan records.

Her dual role reflects how franchise leadership is being shared across the company’s expanding Upcounty footprint.
