Doughboy’s Pizza has announced a soft opening for Tuesday, September 15, from 12pm-8pm at 15410 New Hampshire Ave. in Cloverly, taking over the former Bear Brick Oven Pizza and Greek Islands Grill space.
According to the restaurant’s announcement, the soft opening will offer an early taste of its brick-oven pizzas, fresh salads, desserts, and craft beer selection, with dine-in and carryout available. Guests are invited to meet the team and provide feedback to help shape the experience.
As we reported in June, Doughboy’s is being launched by three friends who plan to build on the foundation established by Bear Brick while expanding the menu and maintaining a similar neighborhood-focused atmosphere.
