Montgomery County Department of Police officers arrested a driver after locating a handgun and suspected drugs during a traffic stop in Germantown on September 18, 2026.
According to police, officers from the 3rd District and the 5th District Community Action Team worked together during the stop involving a gray BMW. While one officer spoke with the driver, another spotted a handgun on the floorboard near the driver’s feet.
