A rabbi can carry a gun in synagogue. But he can’t walk there with one

A new law in Montgomery County, Maryland, quickly sparked three federal lawsuits within a matter of days of being enacted.

The law regulates the transfer and sale of ghost guns, or firearms without serial numbers, and prohibits firearms and ammunition within 100 yards of a place of public assembly.
