BETHESDA, Md. (WBFF) — The U.S. Marshals Service has joined the search for a man accused of carrying out armed carjackings at luxury car dealerships in Maryland and Virginia.
Joe Cofer, 38, of Washington D.C. is wanted on felony carjacking charges.
