The Duvall Center in Gaithersburg, located at 211 N. Frederick Avenue, has been sold to a partnership for $5.75 million, according to a report by Maryland Newsletters. Per the report, a group led by Farhat Cheema purchased 18,000 SF of inline space on one of Gaithersburg’s busiest streets (355, N Frederick Ave, opposite Chestnut Street). The shopping center is home to Gaithersburg mainstay Starvin Marvin, International Bakery, Holy Crepes Cafe, J&R Jewelers, and more.
