Maryland AG Orders $1M Restitution from BOJ & Sons

Maryland’s Attorney General, Anthony G. Brown, announced that his Consumer Protection Division has issued a Final Order against Bryan O. Jones and his company, BOJ & Sons Construction, requiring them to pay over $1 million in restitution, civil penalties, and costs. The order stems from BOJ & Sons’ failure to fulfill home improvement contracts after accepting substantial deposits from at least 35 Maryland consumers. Despite having their licenses suspended in October 2021, the company continued to offer and sell home improvement services.
