PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. – Prince William County Police have arrested a man linked to an abduction case. On Thursday, officers arrested Elith Samuel Parada for an incident that took place on April 21 between him and a tenant. According to police, Parada and a 23-year-old woman, the tenant, got into an argument inside of a home.
