VIRGINIA (WDBJ) – Governor Glenn Youngkin has issued a flag order for Friday, September 20, in honor of POW/MIA Recognition Day. All public buildings are encouraged to display the POW/MIA flag at full staff in honor of the those who are currently or were previously prisoners of war or reported missing in action.
