A 23-year-old man was killed, and two others suffered injuries in a Sunday night crash on I-81 in East Hanover Township, authorities said. Munjal Utkarsh, of Manassas, Virginia, was pronounced dead at the scene after a Jeep Wrangler in which he was riding left the highway and went into the center median. The crash occurred after 6 p.m. while the Wrangler was traveling north on I-81 in rainy conditions, according to the Dauphin County coroner’s office.
