Police are searching for a suspect who fled the scene of a Saturday afternoon shooting at a Manassas-area shopping center. The victim had arranged to sell shoes to an “unknown party” over social media and met the would-be buyer around 3:37 p.m. at the Parkridge Center in the 11100 block of Bulloch Drive, Prince William County police said in a social media post.
