Police identify man found handcuffed, shot in car in Triangle; make 3 arrests

TRIANGLE, Va. ( DC News Now ) — On Thursday, police identified the man found handcuffed and shot in the back of his car in Triangle on Sunday and announced that three men had been arrested.

The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said that on Oct. 27, an acquaintance found 43-year-old Jason Thomas Blake handcuffed in the back seat of his car, which was parked in the 18500 block of Triangle St.

Blake died there.

Police believed that he met with Jerrome Thomas Barnes, Jackson Arthur Crisler and Tryevon Elgha Davis on Oct. 25 at a home on Cherry Hill Road in Dumfries.

PWCPD said that Blake intended to buy narcotics and sell a gun.

During that time, an altercation happened, and the suspects handcuffed Blake and took him from the Dumfries home against his will, PWCPD said.

Police said that the suspects took him to a secluded area on Triangle Street and shot and killed him.

Barnes, Crisler and Davis were all arrested and held without bond.
