Commanders predicted to land 29 TD star WR to join forces with Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin

The Washington Commanders desperately need a complementary piece opposite of Terry McLaurin. They’ll be able to get by for the rest of the season with the likes of Olamide Zaccheaus, Jamison Crowder and Dyami Brown.

This offseason will be about finding that pass catcher to give Jayden Daniels another weapon to throw to. They could be players in free agency for big names such as Tee Higgins or Chris Godwin, given their projected $99 million in cap space .

If they don’t want to shell out a large contract, Washington could look towards the draft for their need. That’s what Ayrton Ostly did in his recent mock draft, as the Commanders landed Ole Miss wideout Tre Harris with the No.24 overall pick.

Washington’s outplayed expectations this season but could still use reinforcements on offense around quarterback Jayden Daniels. Harris is a big-bodied outside receiver in the mold of a Michael Thomas-like receiver. He’s not a burner but is a very good (albeit limited) route runner who can make tacklers miss with his play strength after the catch.
