How will the Department of Education be abolished?

Under the new administration, the goal is to abolish the Department of Education and to return educational authority to the states. To accomplish this goal, the new Secretary of Education will be former WWE co-founder Linda McMahon.

However, none of the detailed information has been given on how the Department of Education will be eliminated. Here are some of the things that will be done to get rid of the Department of Education.

– Eliminate student loans. Loan forgiveness will more than likely be taken away immediately under the new administration.

– No funds will go to schools that are lower than 75% student proficiency in fourth-grade reading and math. Currently, more funds are sent to schools based upon poverty rate.

– No funds will go to schools that are sponsoring Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The crackdown on DEI at the state level will become the norm at the federal level.

– Federal funds cut for schools that teach CRT and transgederism. CRT is Critical Race Theory, a concept in which discrimination is embedded within the US governmental structure.
