Leah Hicks, 32, was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 19, after allegedly driving recklessly on White Oak Road in Stafford, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
A concerned caller reported a Ford struggling to stay in its lane, prompting deputies to respond to the area, officials said. The driver pulled into the Walgreens parking lot, making it easy for authorities to locate her.
