PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — A second man was arrested Monday in connection with the man found dead in Woodbridge in February, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Police say Jonathan Alberto Aguilar, 21, was charged with concealment of a dead body.
