PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince William County Police Department is searching for a man after he allegedly attacked and robbed a woman Wednesday.
According to police, Elisha Herbert Williams, 28, is charged with malicious wounding, two counts of abduction, domestic assault & battery, and two counts of grand larceny.
