Michael Brown of Suitland, Maryland, was arrested and charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm in a Silver Spring parking lot on November 3, 2024, after investigators identified him through surveillance footage and later found a loaded, unregistered handgun in his possession.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section have arrested and charged 36-year-old Michael Brown, of Suitland, Maryland, with a shooting that occurred on Sunday, November 3, 2024, in the parking lot at 8200 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.
According to MCPD, “The investigation has revealed that at approximately 3:54 a.m., the suspect was parked at the location next to another vehicle when he observed 3rd District officers responding to a call for service with their lights and sirens activated.
