WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — D.C. police are investigating after an 18-year-old man was shot and killed in Southeast on Saturday night.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), officers responded to the 3300 block of 10th Place SE for a reported shooting just after 11 p.m.
There, they found Jose Walters, 18, of Southeast, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Police said he was not conscious or breathing.
