The arrests, made in Anne Arundel County on March 24, followed a months-long investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, leading to charges of armed robbery, grand larceny, and other offenses.
Per FCPD: “After months of investigative work, three suspects have been arrested who are tied to an organized retail theft operation targeting luxury fragrances at Ulta stores across multiple jurisdictions.
