Fredericksburg Woman May Have Broken Attacker’s Arm During Violent Home Invasion, Police Say

A masked man who broke into a Fredericksburg home and strangled a woman until she passed out is on the run, according to police.

It happened around 10:40 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, in the 1000 block of Hotchkiss Place, officials said.
