CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Do you use any of the express lanes around town? A motorcyclist reached out to 10 On Your Side after he was getting charged to use the HOV lanes when he shouldn’t have to pay.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation Hampton Roads Express Lanes website, motorcyclists can use the express lanes toll-free. One rider said that, for him, that’s apparently not the case.
