LEESBURG, Va. ( DC News Now ) — A man was charged in connection to a hit-and-run crash that happened last October, leading to an elderly woman’s death.
On Oct. 23, 2024, a man driving a semi-truck with an attached trailer allegedly ran a red light, colliding with a car in the area of Fort Evans Road NE at the Leesburg Bypass.
