The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred Thursday night on Shady Grove Road.
According to MCPD, “At approximately 9 p.m., Montgomery County Police 1st District Officers and Fire Rescue responded to the area of northbound Shady Grove Road at Blackwell Road for a pedestrian collision.
