LEESBURG, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Leesburg Police Department is investigating a robbery that happened Thursday evening.
At around 8 p.m., officers responded to the 24 Plaza Street, NE area for a robbery.
The victim told police that she was walking along Plaza Street when someone came from behind her and hit her head. Because of the assault, she could not clearly see the suspects.
