UPDATE: Carmen Webb has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carmen Webb, a missing 14-year-old from Germantown.
Webb was last seen on Monday, May 12, 2025, at approximately 2 a.m., near the 11500 block of Aldburg Way in Germantown. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 120 lbs., with brown hair (possibly dyed black) and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and white pajama pants, carrying a red drawstring backpack…
