FRANCONIA, VA — A McDonald’s on Franconia Road in Fairfax County has sparked major attention after implementing a strict new rule: no one under 21 is allowed to dine inside.
A sign placed at the entrance states, “Due to repeated incidents of student violence, this McDonald’s location is temporarily closed for dine-in service to anyone under 21 years of age. This decision was made to protect our staff, our guests, and our community.”
Adults must now ring a doorbell to be granted entry. Meanwhile, drive-thru and mobile ordering remain open to all ages…
