PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A custodian at Henderson Elementary School has been arrested following an incident in which he allegedly slapped an 8-year-old student, Prince William County Police report.
The incident reportedly occurred on May 16 in the school’s cafeteria.
