State police are investigating two fatal crashes Monday afternoon on Interstate 495 in Fairfax County.
The first wreck near Braddock Road happened in the northbound lanes at 3:08 p.m. and involved a Toyota Tacoma, a Scion XB, a Honda Civic and a Ford F150. The fatality involved the Scion, Virginia State Police spokesperson Matthew Demlein said.
