STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Virginia man who was wanted in Fairfax County for a felony hit-and-run was arrested earlier this week after deputies said he was caught allegedly driving after drinking with his eyes closed on Interstate 95.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), a deputy was driving down I-95’s southbound lane near Exit 136 around 10:18 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, when she spotted a Nissan drifting out of its lane.
