Rodney Baggott, 58, from the District of Columbia, was convicted on multiple charges, including first-degree murder while armed and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. The charges are connected to a 2024 road rage incident that led to the death of Uber Eats driver Rasheek Abdullah near Dupont Circle, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Baggott was found guilty on Thursday after one day of jury deliberation. Sentencing is set for December 18.
