The pair — Ricky Noel, 21, and Freddrick Holmes, 28, both of Fort Lauderdale, Florida — were arrested in Wisconsin and Florida, then brought back to Virginia, where they are being held without bond, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The case began on March 6, when someone used stolen ID to cash a fraudulent check at a bank in Sterling. Weeks later, on April 19, three vehicles were broken into at a farm in Leesburg, with items stolen from inside.
