FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Police in Fairfax County are working to make the roads safer by tackling reckless drivers.
The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) said that whether it is a specialized focus of the department’s Traffic Division or proactive efforts from patrols across the county, officers are committed to identifying reckless drivers on the road to reduce serious risks.
“Speeding remains one of the most dangerous behaviors on our roadways, and it’s something our FCPD officers confront daily,” said the department in a press release.
