Man arrested for stealing Kratom, vape pens from tobacco stores across Fairfax County

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A man has been arrested in connection with a series of break-ins at vape shops throughout Fairfax County, Virginia, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).

David Elliot, 23, of Fairfax, was charged with five counts of burglary. He is believed to be responsible for robbing five different tobacco and vape stores; two in Kings Park West and three in Fairfax City.
