FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A man will spend five days in jail after street racing a Lamborghini alongside a Cybertruck in a video that went viral in October of 2024, officials announced Thursday.
In a news release, Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced that 38-year-old Carlos Montero of Sterling was sentenced to 90 days in jail. A judge suspended 85 of those days and also imposed fines of $1,000, with $250 suspended, and $200.
