A Leesburg man has been charged with attempted murder and kidnapping following an incident late Saturday.
Around 10 p.m., 18-year-old Christian K. Pulley entered the lobby of the Leesburg Police Department headquarters and said he had just attempted to kill a person he knew at an address in the 0 block of Catoctin Circle NE, according to a police news release.
