BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Bedford man was arrested after allegedly committing lewd and obscene acts in multiple stores throughout Virginia, according to the Bedford Police Department.
Three law enforcement officers conducted a search warrant on the 800 block of Woodhaven Drive, according to police. Police say they searched the premises for evidence in relation to the crimes committed in Leesburg, Roanoke County, and Bedford.
Tate Edward Dietrich was taken into custody and charged with three counts of unlawfully creating an image of another with additional charges pending.
