COLUMBIA, Md. (WBFF) — After his team said he had to leave an event immediately, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore slipped out through an emergency exit nearly half an hour later, avoiding unanswered questions about the state’s nonprofit spending, as his top aide is set to lead a prominent Baltimore foundation next year.
