Man accused of unlawfully filming at Target, other stores throughout Virginia

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Bedford man is facing charges after the Leesburg Police Department (LPD) said he secretly recorded multiple people at a Target store in Northern Virginia.

Tate E. Dietrich, 36, was charged with four counts of unlawful filming following a joint investigation involving multiple agencies in Northern Virginia.
