MANASSAS, Va. (7News) — A woman was arrested after she allegedly scratched a police officer in the face and exposed herself to workers at Walmart in Manassas, Virginia.
Monica Patricia Andrade, 44, was at the Liberia Avenue Walmart on Aug. 30 when she was confronted by staff for shoplifting, according to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD). During the encounter, Andrade removed her clothes and exposed herself to the workers.
